Adding additional bottom stress seems to be a viable approach going forward Needs a mask file. It can use the same one as for the wake computations. Synergies with another FMI project inform the parameterization. Ilja has a Lagrangian postproc tool that could be useful.

We should have a further chat with Jaromir about the parameterization implementation in CICE.
